- Vercel - public website hosting, static deployment, TLS, and deployment logs.
- Cloudflare - DNS, domain configuration, edge security, and related network logs.
- Email clients and mail infrastructure - request-access messages sent through the visitor email client to Retena contact mailboxes.
Product beta providers
- Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform - WhatsApp messaging infrastructure and platform services where WhatsApp-connected features are enabled.
- Supabase or equivalent managed database, authentication, and storage provider - workspace data, account data, product records, and operational storage.
- AI and transcription providers such as OpenAI, Mistral AI, or other enabled model providers - transcription, retrieval, summarization, and answer generation.
- Resend or equivalent email provider - transactional email, daily digests, onboarding, and support communications where email features are enabled.
- Paddle or equivalent payment provider - billing, payment flow, invoices, tax handling, and payment records if paid billing is enabled.
- Monitoring, logging, and error-reporting providers - reliability, diagnostics, security, and incident response.
Changes
Providers may change as Retena moves from beta to commercial launch. Customer agreements or data processing terms may include a more specific subprocessor list, notice process, and objection process.
