What does founding rate locked in mean?

The founding beta price is the early access rate while Retena v3 is opened to a focused group of WhatsApp-heavy operators. Customers who start during founding beta keep that plan rate while the account stays active. Future launch prices are shown as planning context for new customers.

Why price by chats, accounts, minutes, and AI credits?

Those signals match Retena value better than seats alone. Selected chats represent operating context, each seat includes one connected WhatsApp account, voice minutes represent transcription workload, and AI credits cover source-backed search and summaries.

Are WhatsApp or Meta messaging fees included?

No. Where WhatsApp Business Platform or provider messaging fees apply, those fees are billed by Meta or your messaging provider and are not included in Retena plan prices.

What happens if we go over the plan?

During beta, automatic overage is off by default. We prompt you to add a minute boost or upgrade before any extra charge, and any automatic top-up is confirmed in the order form before billing.

Can we pay annually?

Yes. Annual prepay is listed as 2 months free compared with paying monthly for 12 months. Final invoice terms are confirmed in your order form.
